KEMRON's resume with the federal government is extensive, relevant and broad-based both contractually and technically.  As a small business, under federal NAICS Codes 562910, 541710 and 234990, KEMRON is able to compete effectively on small business set-aside projects as well as large business contracts.  We offer the experience and capabilities to support cost, fixed price and performance based contracts as demonstrated by our federal resume. As a small business we are able to assist our clients in meeting small business goals as well as providing critical subcontract support to large businesses.

Contractually, KEMRON holds active federal contracts with more than $250 million in contract capacity.  These contracts are with the Army Environmental Center (USAEC), the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), the US Army, the US Navy, the US Air Force, the USEPA and the US Postal Service.  Specific project experience is provided in Federal Experience.

KEMRON has made a mark in the remediation community most recently with our Performance Based Contracting experience.  KEMRON is one of only a handful of businesses, both large and small, who can boast the successful completion through response complete and remedy implementation of a Guaranteed Fixed Price Remediation (GFPR) contract at Fort Sheridan, IL.  KEMRON is also currently conducting work under three other federal performance based contracts.

KEMRON's experience includes Performance Based Contract assignments ongoing at more than 15 US Army Reserve sites and groundwater remediation at a FUDS site. KEMRON has completed RI/FS and RD/RA at active and closed facilities including large scale removal actions. Additionally, KEMRON was awarded a GFPR contract for services at Fort Meade. We have executed more than 25 emergency and planned response actions throughout Regions 3 and 4. KEMRON has completed fixed price remediation and construction task orders at Army, Navy and Air Force installations.
